China virologist claims she has proof virus made in the lab


A Chinese virologist claims the new coronavirus was created in a laboratory in Wuhan and has promised to publish evidence to support his claims. Dr. Li Meng-Yan, a researcher at the Hong Kong School of Public Health, had previously accused Beijing of covering up the outbreak in Wuhan.
Li said she had evidence the virus was of human origin. “The sequence of the genome is like a human fingerprint. Based on this, you can identify these things. I'm going to (use this) evidence to tell people why this came from the lab in China, why they did it. Anyone, even if you have no knowledge of biology, will be able to read it. Li fled Hong Kong to the United States earlier this year, alleging that Beijing tried to silence her.
