India angers china on dalai Lama issue

Pm Modi dials dalai Lama and wish him on his 86th birthday.

It is a huge moment in the relationship between India and China as India and China have respectively stationed their 200,000 troops at their border against each other. 

this is the first time after 2015 that Prime Minister Modi wishes Dalai Lama for his  birthday, it is really a good decision by the Indian Prime Minister. since  China and India relationship is not  going well so I think it is a  good thing for India to use the Dalai Lama against China and supply dalai lama. 

because the Chinese army recruits Tibetans into its army to use them against India at the Indo-Chinese border because Tibet is a mountainous region and many Chinese soldiers cannot accommodate or serve  there due to the extremely cold weather but tibetian  are used to live in such conditions, China wants to take advantage of it and now they are recruiting Tibetans into its army. So if India uses the dalai lama against China and supports the dalai lama, then many Tibetans will not want to join the Chinese army because ultimately people of tibat  know that China has occupied their area illegally since 1959 and the Dalai Lama is  a religious guru for them, so they do not join the Chinese army.

India should do this, to counter China.
